Brandon O’Malley PT, DPT, OCS

Physical Therapist, Clinic Director, Regional DirectorBrandon O’Malley earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Prior to that, Brandon obtained his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences from Texas Tech University.
Brandon became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2017 and completed his AAOMPT-accredited manual therapy fellowship (FAAOMPT) in 2021 and is most interested in treating all orthopedic injuries.
In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time at the lake, playing golf, and other recreational sports. He likes traveling when he gets a chance to seek adventure activities, and Brandon enjoys spending time in outdoors with his wife, daughters, and their dog. Brandon also doesn’t mind binge-watching Netflix on occasion. Brandon is the Regional Director for the Central Region.

Physical Therapy AssistantKristen McKee earned her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree from Tarrant County College. Prior to that, Kristen obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Cal State University in Northridge, CA.
Kristen has completed her PTA specialty certification in orthopaedics and holds an APTA Advanced Proficiency Pathway Certification in Orthopedics.
When Kirsten is not in the clinic, she spends time with her two young kids and husband. She enjoys yoga, Pilates, and kick boxing. Kristen also loves to travel to the beach and the mountains.
Sheri Murrell PT, PHC

Physical TherapistSheri earned her degree in physical therapy in 1996 from UT Southwestern Medical Center after working as a physical therapist assistant.
She has completed numerous manual courses, including muscle energy, nerve mobilization, and myofascial release. She has taken joint specific courses and continuing education for treatment of amputees, but enjoys working with a variety of patients and diagnoses.
Sheri has a wonderful husband and family. When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with them, playing with her grandsons, and traveling and going on cruises.
Kris Rivera PT, DPT

Physical TherapistKris Rivera earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) in 2020 from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Prior to earning his DPT, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from University of North Texas. Kris takes special interest in Sports medicine, sports-related injuries, manual techniques and has a future interest in becoming a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and Sports Certified.
During his spare time, Kris likes to be outdoors, take hikes, and run either by himself or with his dog Thor. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family, participating in any form of sports, reading and anything to get an adrenaline rush.
David Salib PT, DPT, MTC

Physical TherapistDavid Salib earned his Physical Therapy Degree in 2019 from The University of the Incarnate Word. Prior to earning his Physical Therapy Degree, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from The University of Texas in Arlington.
In his spare time, David enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to music, two-stepping, and traveling. He is an only child, so he likes to spend his time with his parents and his dog.

Physical TherapistJacob earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023 from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Prior to earning his doctorate, he received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University (wreck ’em).
Jacob specializes in orthopedics, manual therapy, and dry needling, and is most interested in overhead athletes. In his free time, Jacob enjoys playing basketball and softball, gaming, and adventuring with his dog Murray.
Riley Wood PT, DPT, PHC

Physical TherapistRiley Wood earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Prior to earning her DPT, she received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Riley enjoys working with orthopedic and sports related injuries. She takes special interest in working with swimmers, lifting athletes, and pediatrics.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to different areas with her husband, visiting friends, and binge watching the latest show. Riley recently married her college sweetheart in July 2020. She enjoys cooking/baking and attending CrossFit workouts with her husband. Riley was also a Division 1 swimmer at Southern Illinois University and is looking forward to getting back into the swimming community as a coach.

Physical TherapistTaryn Osborne earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023 from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Prior to earning her DPT, she received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Oklahoma State University.
Taryn enjoys working with orthopedic and balance related conditions. She also takes special interest in migraine/headache patients and plans to become certified in vestibular and post-concussion physical therapy.
In her free time, Taryn enjoys trying out different coffee shops, playing volleyball, binging Netflix, or spending time at the Lake with her family. Taryn and her husband also love to go two-stepping, have game nights with friends, or attend OSU football games. Go Pokes!

Physical Therapist AssistantRebekah earned her PTA degree in 2023 from Tarrant County College. Prior to earning her PTA degree, she received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas. She enjoys working with athletes and the geriatric population.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts with her friends, lifting weights, cooking, reading, listening to music, spending time in nature, baking, and playing with her Dobermann.

Physical TherapistSteve Tasson earned his Physical Therapy Degree in 2021 from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Prior to earning Physical Therapy Degree, he received his Physical Therapy Assistant Degree in 2016 from San Jacinto College, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sports Sciences from Texas Tech University in 2010.
Steve enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic injuries, but knees are a favorite area due to prior ACL tears. In his free time, Steve enjoys camping, biking/rock climbing, and spending time with his wife and one year old daughter.
