Company History
SporTherapy is an outpatient rehabilitation physical therapy center specializing in the treatment of orthopedic, sports and work related injuries. Our philosophy of patient care is to provide an individualized program to restore the patient to their prior functional level.
We are a therapist owned and operated clinic and provide a professional, one-on-one approach with care and enthusiasm. Our low patient-therapist ratio ensures the highest quality of care possible. State-of-the-art testing and rehabilitation equipment, along with our quality staff of physical therapists will provide support in the rehabilitation process and document on-going progress to the patient, physician, and insurance carrier.

| SporTherapy SW is located at 6037 Harris Parkway in Fort Worth. It originally opened its doors in September 1989 in the CityView Centre on Bryant Irvin Road. We moved in September 2003 to a freestanding facility in the medical district surrounding Harris Southwest Hospital. The facility also is the centralized corporate business office. | ![]() |
| SporTherapy NW is located at 4625 Boat Club Road in Fort Worth. This facility originally opened its doors in December 1993 in La Marina Plaza across the street from its current location. | ![]() |
| SporTherapy Azle is located at 137B Industrial Avenue in Azle. It opened in October 2000. | ![]() |
| SporTherapy Fossil Creek is located at 7630 North Beach Street, Fort Worth, Texas. It opened its doors in December 2002. | ![]() |

The role of our facilities is to provide availability of physical therapy services to our referring physicians and the general public in the Fort Worth area. Our patient load covers a wide range of ages and conditions, however, no specialization in neurological care, or burn care is offered at this time. SporTherapy accepts most types of managed care plans, Workman's Compensation, Medicare, personal injury and self-pay customers. An emphasis on low patient - physical therapist ratio is maintained to ensure the highest quality of care possible.
