Jordan NippPT, DPT, Clinic Manager
Jordan Nipp, PT, DPT, is the Weatherford Clinic Manager.
Jordan Nipp earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012 from Texas Tech University. Prior to earning his DPT, he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northwestern State University.
Jordan has his Graston Technique-M1 manual certification and also taken the following education courses in Therapeutic Neuroscience Education, When the Feet Hit the Ground…Everything Changes, and numerous other Shoulder/Knee/Back continuing education courses. He takes special interest in treatment of athletes of all ages and all sports injuries.
Jordan loves spending his free time with his wife, Kristi, and son, Owen. He enjoys being active outdoors as well as playing golf and working out. He also enjoys traveling with family and friends when able in the U.S. and outside of the country.
Kaylan FagleyPT, DPT
Kaylan earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018 from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Prior to earning her DPT, she received Bachelor of Science degrees in Kinesiology and Bible from Kansas State University and Manhattan Christian College.
She takes special interest in sports rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and manual therapy.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out, being outdoors, playing sports, running, cheering on the K-State Wildcats, supporting the Texas Rangers and Dallas Mavericks, and hanging out with family and friends.
Myriam NunezPT, DPT
Myriam earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2014 from The University of Texas at El Paso. Prior to earning her DPT, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Texas at Austin.
Myriam has completed Dry Needling Certification Level 1, McKenzie Method of Evaluation and Treatment A&B, and Mulligan Method of Treatment Upper Quarter/Spine, Lower Quarter and Spine Certifications, and is working on completion of a McKenzie Certification and Dry Needling Level 2 Certification. She takes special interest in a variety of orthopaedic conditions, use of McKenzie techniques for treatment of low back pain and cervical pain, and treating variety of sports injuries in adolescents.
In her free time, Myriam can be found working out, hiking, with her family, or getting to know Fort Worth with her fiancé and their two dogs. She also enjoys baking and learning how to decorate cakes.
John NguyenPT, DPT
John earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018 from Indiana State University. Prior to earning his DPT, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University – Bloomington.
John has completed his Graston Technique – M1 and Rocktape Functional Movement Technique certifications. He takes special interests in post-surgical rehab, sport-specific training, and concussion management.
When he is not in the clinic, John loves exploring the DFW area with his girlfriend. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, cheering on the New York Giants, Notre Dame Football, and playing in his Fort Worth adult soccer league.
