Alex GustafPT, DPT, Clinic Director
Alex Gustaf, PT, DPT, is the Azle Clinic Director.
Alex earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015 from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Prior to earning his DPT, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University.
Alex has completed his Functional Dry Needling certification. He takes special interest in post-operative patients and sports physical therapy. In 2016, Alex became the Clinic Director at tbe Azle location.
When he’s not in the clinic, Alex enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Tori, and two sons, Harrison and Rhett, spending time outdoors, and playing recreational sports.
Vikki BarberPT, DPT
Vikki Crisco earned her DPT Degree in 2015 from UNT Health Science Center. Prior to earning her DPT Degree, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from University of Arkansas at Monticello.
Vikki Crisco has completed Functional Dry Needling course. She takes special interest in Manual Therapy and Balance Training.
When she’s not in the clinic, Vikki likes to spend her free time with family and friends, traveling, working out, and playing volleyball.
Jeremy CorbinPT, DPT
Jeremy earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Prior to earning his Doctorate, he also received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Sport Science from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
Jeremy has completed his “Rock-Tape certification” and “Integrative Dry Needling certification” while having a future interest in obtaining his SCS (Sports Certified Specialist). He takes special interest in rehabilitation for back to sport athletes of all kinds.
In his free time, Jeremy enjoys working out, snowboarding, playing sports, spending time with friends and family, and supporting the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers.
Cole earned his Physical Therapist Assistant Degree in 2019 from Tarrant County College. Prior to earning his PTA degree, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University.
He takes special interest in sports and orthopedic rehab.
In Cole’s spare time he enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time on the lake. He loves playing sports and is involved in adult softball and hockey leagues.
Malinda earned her Physical Therapist Assistant Degree in 2018 from Weatherford College. Prior to earning her Physical Therapist Assistant Degree, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University in 2015.
Malinda has completed an Amputee Rehabilitation Certification and is currently enrolled in a Specialty Certification in Orthopedics. She takes special interest gait and balance training.
In Malinda’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, helping her husband, Stephen with their youth group, paddle boarding and working out.
