Amy ClarkPT, DPT, ScD, OCS, FAAOMPT, Clinic Manager
Amy Clark, PT, DPT, ScD, OCS, FAAOMPT, is the Southwest Clinic Manager.
Amy Clark earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009 from Texas Tech University. Prior to earning her Doctorate, she received her Bachelor’s & Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University
Amy is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist in Spine & Extremities and she also received her fellowship training in orthopedic medicine in 2014. She performs dry needling and biomechanical analyses for runners and overhead athletes.
Amy is from Clarksville, Texas and has a passion for running. She has run in numerous marathons, ultra marathons, and 100-miler races. She and her husband, Jon, have three dogs and 2 cats.
Brandon O’MalleyPT, DPT, OCS
Brandon earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Prior to earning his DPT, he received his Bachelor’s in Exercises and Sport Sciences from Texas Tech University.
Brandon became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2017, and is currently enrolled in an AAOMPT accredited manual therapy fellowship. He enjoys treating all orthopedic injuries.
In his spare time Brandon likes to spend time at the lake and play golf and other recreational sports. He likes traveling when he gets a chance to seek adventure activities. Brandon enjoys the spending time in the outdoors with his wife and dog, but also doesn’t mind binge watching Netflix on occasion.
Brett SchreiberPT, DPT
Brett Schreiber earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017 from the University of St. Augustine. Prior to earning his DPT, he received his B.S. in Kinesiology and M.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Arkansas.
Brett is currently enrolled in the Institute for Athlete Regeneration manual therapy fellowship program. He takes special interest in athletics and manual therapy.
In his free time, Brett enjoys hunting, fishing, working out, and playing recreational sports including basketball, rugby, and golf.
Carla A. DortonPT, Quality Assurance Coordinator
Carla earned her Bachelors of Science in PT in 1990 from Texas Tech University. Prior to earning her BS in PT, she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Tarleton State University.
Prior to working at SporTherapy, Carla had experience in pediatrics, adult rehab, school visits, and volunteered with a hippotherapy program. Carla has been working for SporTherapy for nearly 25 years, during which time she has served as Staff Therapist, Clinical Instructor, Clinical Manager, Clinical Manager Mentor and in community athletic outreach with a role as a high school Liaison. She currently serves as a clinical practitioner and Quality Assurance Coordinator for all locations, including Compliance Management, and is on the marketing team for all clinics. Her current clinical focus is in adult orthopedics including a geriatric emphasis.
Carla is married with two college-age daughters. In her free time, she enjoys a variety of outdoor adventure activities and is involved in her local church.
Ian EkeryPT, DPT, CSCS
Ian earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor. Prior to earning his DPT he received his Bachelors in Exercise & Sport Science also from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor.
Ian has completed his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification and his certification in Dry Needling. He is currently enrolled in Sports Certification through EIM and takes special interest in sports rehab, Strength & Conditioning and return to play conditions.
When he’s not in the clinic, Ian likes to watch and play baseball, play disc golf, and spend time with family, friends, and his dog, Elvis.
Kaylan FagleyPT, DPT
Kaylan earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018 from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Prior to earning her DPT, she received Bachelor of Science degrees in Kinesiology and Bible from Kansas State University and Manhattan Christian College.
She takes special interest in sports rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and manual therapy.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out, being outdoors, playing sports, running, cheering on the K-State Wildcats, supporting the Texas Rangers and Dallas Mavericks, and hanging out with family and friends.
Sarah McCloskeyPT, DPT
Sarah earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015 from Texas Woman’s University. Prior to earning her DPT, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Butler University.
Sarah has completed certification for Level 1 Dry Needling, various dance rehabilitation courses, When the Feet Hit the Ground, and is currently enrolled to receive a Certificate in Dance Rehabilitation Training. She takes special interest in the rehabilitation of dancers.
In her free time, Sarah likes to spend time with her husband, friends, and family. She enjoys traveling, working out, running the occasional half marathon, and going to concerts and performances.
