Sheri MurrellPT, Clinic Director
Sheri Murrell, PT, is the Northwest Clinic Manager.
Sheri earned her degree in physical therapy in 1996 from UT Southwestern Medical Center after working as a physical therapist assistant.
She has completed numerous manual courses, including muscle energy, nerve mobilization, and myofascial release. She has taken joint specific courses and continuing education for treatment of amputees, but enjoys working with a variety of patients and diagnoses.
Sheri has a wonderful husband and family. When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with them, playing with her grandsons, and traveling and going on cruises.
Alejandra RodriguezPT, DPT
Alejandra earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018 from University of Texas at El Paso. Prior to earning her Doctorate, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Lubbock Christian University.
Alejandra takes special interest in manual therapy and sports related injuries.
When she’s not in the clinic, Alejandra can be found watching or playing sports, listening to live music, playing guitar, or spending time with friends and family.
Lauren earned her Physical Therapist Assistant Degree in 2013 from Kaplan College. Prior to earning her PTA License, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from University of Texas at Arlington.
Lauren has completed 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher Certification through an accredited Yoga Alliance school and is currently enrolled in continuing education courses with special interest in women’s health, prenatal wellness and postpartum recovery.
In her spare time Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and two children as well as traveling, taking yoga classes and participating in outdoor activities.
Kristen earned her PTA degree at Tarrant County College in 2016, she also received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Sociology from Cal State University, Northridge CA. Kristen has also completed IASTM1 cert for Instrument assisted and KT taping
Kristen has completed her PTA specialty certification in Orthopaedics.
When Kirsten is not in the clinic, she spends time with her 2 young kids and husband. She enjoys yoga, pilates, and kick boxing. Kristen also loves to travel to the beach and the mountains.
Mark HerreraPT, DPT
Mark earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015 from The University of St. Augustine. Prior to earning his DPT, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin.
Mark has continued his education within manual therapy and is in the process of obtaining his Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) certification. He takes special interest in manual and sports therapy.
In Mark’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his husband, working out, exploring Fort Worth, and watching Texas Longhorns sports. Hook ‘em!
Andrew Peercy PT, DPT
Andrew earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019 from Baylor University. Prior to earning his Doctorate, he received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2017.
Andrew takes a special interest in manual therapy, general orthopedics, and sports related injuries. He values continued education and plans to complete an Orthopedic residency and sit for his OCS exam in order to better serve his patients.
When he is not in the clinic, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Kathleen, and two dogs, Bear and Belle, as well as traveling, working out, and cheering for the Baylor Bears and Oklahoma State Cowboys.
Angela ZalesakPT, DPT
Angela earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019 from Baylor University. Prior to earning her DPT, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland.
She takes special interest in manual therapy, orthopedics, and sports rehabilitation.
When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys working out, exploring new hiking trails around Texas, painting, and spending time with her fiancé.
Kelley earned her Physical Therapist Assistant Degree in 2018 from University of Alaska Anchorage.
She takes special interest in orthopedics, manual therapy, and aquatic therapy; however, she enjoys working with a variety of diagnoses.
In her spare time, Kelley enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She dedicates time volunteering in the EMS-ISD school district and in the military community. She loves to travel, explore new places, and appreciates a challenging hike.
