    Zachary Couch, PT, OCS, FAAOMPT

    Zachary CouchPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

    Zachary Couch is the Clinic Director of the Dallas – Preston location.

    Zach received his undergraduate degree and Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2002. Since graduating, Zach has completed a Fellowship in Manual Therapy and is recognized as a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT).  He is also a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) with the American Physical Therapy Association.

    Zachary currently serves as Adjunct Faculty for Texas Women’s University – Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He specializes in evidence-based treatments such as Manipulative Therapy and Dry Needling. Zach is a frequent lecturer on the topics of Dry Needling, Manual Therapy, and Chronic Pain in Physical Therapy.  In 2013, Zach partnered with TexPTS to create a clinic in Dallas that delivers clinical excellence and superior customer service to the community.

    When he’s not in the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his twins Clay and Charleigh.

    Lindsay Levine, PT, DPT, OCS

    Lindsay LevinePT, DPT, OCS

    Lindsay earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas at El Paso , after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with her Bachelors in Exercise Science. Upon graduation, Lindsay received the “Outstanding Clinician Award” as awarded by her physical therapy program. Recently, Lindsay completed her Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) through Evidence in Motion’s Manual Therapy Certificate (MTC) program.

    Lindsay grew up in Dallas, attending J.J. Pearce High School where she first discovered her passion for physical therapy. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate career, she had the opportunity to learn in various physical therapy settings working with an eclectic group of patients who helped shape her practice. Lindsay enjoys working closely with patients, and believes that evidence-based practice, compassion, and patient-centered care are key to inspiring patients towards successful outcomes.
